Three distinctive landscape elements punctuate the Aras Island; a flyover, a series of lakes at the western edge of the water, and finally a large body of water in the center of the Island. These three elements become three major spaces that anchor major civic activities.

The area under the bridge hosts an Aqua park, the western lake become a large park dedicated for the residential area, as for the central lake, it becomes the heart of the project that hosts a business district, hotels, and a mall. These three centers are connected to each other by means of pedestrian network and a wide cornice.
