The site is 800 sq. m. and is located in Benguela, a small city four hundred kilometers to the south of the capital Luanda. The program stipulated a mixed-use building that comprises commercial spaces, offices, and upmarket residential apartments. We used a strong geometry to unify different elements. That geometry allowed us to freely develop each part and still be able to juxtapose the three programs. The result is a building that offers a multitude of unique spaces and still belong to Angola.
