The Linear Park building is a mixed-use building that comprises a mall on the podium level and residential apartments on the upper floors. On the ground level, the long mall façade takes advantage of the adjacent street and offers a rich linear hybrid space between the mall atriums and the side-walk. The strong geometry of this hybrid space shapes the entire building; on the first floor it becomes coffee shops terraces, the podium’s roof garden reinforces this geometry.
