The Marina Tower is a product of negotiating the context, urban grid, city views, and a  significant mass that houses 390 apartments of multiple residential typologies and a commercial base. The masses manage to create a direct but subtle link to the city. The building anchors a major public plaza and functions as a landmark and a unique addition to Dubai Skyline.
